TO FREEZE COFFEECAKES: Cool; freezer-wrap; then freeze. (If frosted kind, don't frost until just before serving.) TO SERVE: Let thaw, wrapped, several hours at room temperature; then frost if recipe so directs. Or, if not already wrapped in foil. rewrap frozen coffeecake in foil, and heat through in 400° F. oven (about 15 min. for individual rolls and buns; 30 min. to 1 hr. for larger coffeecakes).
